Comments:
For my final run of 2012 I found a nice, long empty field and did a bunch of medium and short intervals, some 1 lap, some 2, some sprinting the length of the field twice, etc. Afterwards I ran back to my house and did some planks and leg lifts. I was glad to wake up my legs a bit.
