Weather: Foggy, Drizzling

Comments:
It's warm again; time to start getting in shape for the Summer 5k's. Tentative plan is to run Salutes, Frontier Days, and the last No Frills. There's only about 14 weeks, so start off by building mileage. Only rigorous workouts that should be implemented in the next couple weeks are tempos and fartleks. Everything else should be about distance.
