Comments:
I decided to run at Veale at the last minute while my sister was at the doctor. 3x(150 + 5x50) with 30 secs between reps and 6 min between sets. The 150s were 26,24,24. It was tiring even though it wasn't much distance. Probably because I've been trying to sprint on snow or just trying to accelerate so much is tiring. Lifted arms afterwards and there was no one on the track/basketball courts or in the weightroom. It was weird.
