Since my plan didn't work out, I had to do a little somethin somethin extra.

Minutes of hard biking on mom's x-bike, with increasing tension
10x Push-Ups
10x Leg Levers
Snatch each arm @ 24kg

1st Round: 10 Minutes bike, 100x Pushups, 100x leg levers, 10 snatch each arm
2nd Round: 8 minute bike, 80x pushup, 80x leg lever, 8x snatch each arm
so on and so forth.

Was good fun! Been a while since I sweat that much.
