Long Run

Exercise Type: Run

Pleased with how this long run went. Kept about the same pace throughout. Legs felt a bit tired at the end, but it was mainly because a sizable chunk of my run was through patches of packed snow or ice. I think if I was on clean pavement the entire way it would have felt very easy. Very pleased with this long run even though 7 min. pace isn't blistering. When the ground clears I will start doing progression long runs almost weekly.

Nicely broken up into 3 x 5 mile routes, and Petro ran the middle 5 with me.
