Exercise Type: Run

Ran to nelson track. And saw bruce jr on the way! Warmed up with 4x100 m strides and drills. Then did 3x400m, 1:21, 1:20, 1:18. with 2:15 sec recovery. Then 3x200m, 33.28, 34.07, 31.5. Warmed down 3 laps, and ran back. While at the track I saw someone I hadn't seen in six years. An indian fellow, who used to run @ the track @m.m when andrew, mike and I use to do our interval training together. We chatted, and I met his two young kids who were running and racing about. Small world, really makes you wonder how things come back to you.
