Comments:
Tempo on the indoor track at the RPAC. Hoped to jump on the treadmill, but literally every one of the 50 OSU has in that building was being used. Ended up being a good workout and not as hard as I expected. I enjoyed being in charge of the pace instead of relying on the treadmill. Felt strong until the last .5 mile.
