went to another training session and did or warm up then poly-metrics with medicine ball twist throws and jumps over banana hurdles then we lifted but doing planks with a resistance band around our waist, landmine split squats, and pull ups we also did and arm sections of incline bench press, rdl with dumbbells, curls and triceps with resistance bands, we also did some hip stretching and for conditioning we did a curcit of ropes, med ball hang clean, jump rope, bike and farmers walk
was a hard workout at RYPT but feeling a lot stronger
