Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I didn't exactly feel like running today, but, man was it worth it. I went from my house across chain bridge, down Mac Arthur, up Loughbouro, to Ward circle, then to GDS and onto Mazza where I eventually turned around. Even the slightest traces of injury or soreness disappeared. I had to stop for traffic a few times, so I did factor that in. The pace varied--from perhaps 7:30 at some points to 8:30ish at others--and was significantly slower than I wanted, so I am not entirely sure how to log. In any event, this was a long, purposeful run that I thoroughly enjoyed, though nothing can quite compare to the first time I ran to school over Christmas break. I did crunches and pushups.
