Nelson Track

Ran to nelson track for a 8x200m workout. Took the previous 2 days completely off, started to feel sluggish and lower legs were really sore. Still finding it hard to run fast and hold good form. I think my core is week, and my legs could use some squat workouts. Ran the 200s in ; 33,34,35,34, 35,36,35,31. Its hard to imagine how fit I was 6 years ago..running near sub 2 for 800, and rifling off 25.6-27.0 200m like it was sunday morning.. Oh well, I have to be proud of the work I have put in the past 2 months. I really have been super consistent, and hopefully with some weight loss, and speed sessions, I can run fast. 5k race is coming up in 5 days..I hope I can go under 19.
