Comments:
Very easy run with Jim in Lullwater. Haven't run with Jim in months. He just got back from hiking Acongagua so he had some cool stories. Very slow, which was good I'm just starting to get my legs back under me. Foot has been feeling good, but it stabbed me while I was stretching afterward.
