Weather: indoor GYM nice and cool

Comments:
My First day of running from my two week running break. I felt good starting at 10 miles at a 6 min. pace. I'm running most of my milage on the treadmill at a 1% elevation this summer. time was 9:20-10:45pm that i spent at the GYM, I just ran milage and did some stretching exercises after.

Goals:
-Month: My goal for the month is to get my body used to the milage and not to get injured. By the end of the month i wanna be running 84 mile weeks. Also wanna be able to run my 10 mile runs at a 5:20 mile pace. I also wanna lift light weights at least 4 times a week.

-Week: For the week i just wanna get used to the milage a stay up with it.
