stairs. honestly sucked. i didnt feel all too good. but everyone was supporting and being all close as a team. that always gives that little extra push. just told myself everyones doing the same thing. did 5 sets of stairs plus one up to sixth and thn down. 10 min warm up and 10 min cooldown. super cold
