Comments:
Started with a warm up for 2 minutes 5-5.5 mph, then fluctuated between 6-8 mph for the rest of the time until I did a 2 minute cool down after 38 minutes passed (including warm up). The majority of my run consisted of 7 mph. I had reached just over 4 miles at the 38 minute mark.
