Comments:
Ran 2.15 to Emory. Lifted weights (pretty hard - Squats, Bench, upright rows, flys, curls, abs) then ran back home. The squats killed me so I had to walk a bit coming back I probably only ran a little over a mile. Counting the total running at 3.5 I think that's legit.
