didnt feel all to good. felty like throwing up. ate to early b4 the run and just had it in my throat the whole way. it felt gross. my legs and hips feel sore and tired. like muscle soreness. so nothing to worry about but i just feltt very tired. took it kind of easy. i just didnt wanna push it today. wasnt feeling it.
