Comments:
I got on the treadmill and around my 2nd mile i started to get side pains. Then it went away after a while, but then i felt like I was getting more tiered than i was yesterday. I started to feel a pain on my right shine. I only did 8 miles on the tread at a 5:59 min. pace. I tried to jog a cooldown but my shine hurt really bad so i just did 6 miles on the bike. Then i stretched after and i swam a little.
