Long run

First time going over 6 for my long run in a while. Felt good for the 3.5 out. Beginning of my run pains: left shin and had some random pain shoot down my leg for a couple seconds. That's never happened before. Wind really sucked on the back end of my run. Don't have splits because when my watch gets cold it keeps running the stopwatch but will only let me stop the
watch and will not let me split. My 100lap watch sucks.

My hamstrings are tight still and my groin hurts.
