Comments:
threshold alone today. felt pretty shitty. my stomach is better but still iffy, still recovering, my breathing was shit, and my right leg lost turnover. i was dragging my right leg as it scraped the ground for a mile... yeah it sucked. on the bright side, my shins weren't that sore. yeah, pretty shitty day, week, month overall.
goal: 8:!2, splits: 8:17, 8:14, 8:12.
extra: leg circuit 1, heel toe, back.
