Comments:
ran 2.15 miles to the gym then hit the track for another mile. Went upstairs and did squats, pulldowns, bench press, dynamic overhead kettlebell press, abdominals, and Cybex chest flies. Then ran 2.15 miles back. It's always stiff running back after squats but today was better I'm getting used to it.
