mile warmup. did workout out. last set and a half started to bother me. not as bad as i thought it would be. i think i scared myself into thinking we were doing something crazy. time ended up being really good. wasnt slow or fast. sorta just zoned in and really focused. then i did a 1.75 cool down with alex behle and nico and cole. felt good overall but my legs are just burned out. legs fell really heavy and tight. my groin or whatever it is, is hurting again. and my shins are being weird. they dont really hurt but i can tell they arent right. still pretty tender to touch. watch was being mentally challenged again today/.
