Comments:
Started out easy until about 4 miles, then I went 6:14, 6:16, 5:45, :56, :47, :46, :24, :32, :27, :31, :29, :48, :38, then a one mile cooldown for a total of 17. I felt great around mile 10, and stayed pretty strong throughout. I started feelin it a bit going up a hill with about 1.5 hard miles left. I didn't want to crush myself, but I definitely needed a hard long effort like this. Next time I think I'm going to do 18-20 but 5:45-:50 the whole way. Longer but a little slower. I should probably give myself a couple weeks though
