Felt a lot better today, I think I'm just about over this cold. The workout itself went pretty well.

4x100 (fast?)
In all honesty, it wasn't a really hard workout, because of how short it was, but it was really quick, and I really liked having the chance to just blow out some quick stuff a little bit before a race.
