Comments:
Warmup with usual girls, cooldown alone. 14x200 at 40sec pace accidentally did a 15th 200 because math is hard. First four with 60sec rest, next four with 50 second rest, next four with 40 second rest, next few with 30 second rest. Felt fine. Snow and logistics made it rough.
Splits were almost all 40 except for a 41 and two 39s.
