workout. my right shin was still hurting i also had a sharp pain near my left rib cage. not like a cramp but actually a sharp pain. my shin was bothering me even on the elliptical. so i just stopped and did the extra work. only did 2 threshold miles my pace was 5:42. but i hit: 5:58, 6:14
