Comments:
warmup was kind of shitty. didnt feel well and my shins hurt.
pace 6:20 actual 614 617 614 half mile 308. told to stay at same pace. first one hurt a little bu t i felt good. second one was fine. third one the snow was falling hard and i slipped at a corner and that threw my momentum off. i just felt wierd for the rest of it. the last 800 was fine.
cooldown very cold. snow was only getting worse so i called it a day at a one mile cooldown.
