Comments:
zoo run. 4x1min pickups at 3k pace, 6 good turf strides after the run. calf hurting, but felt better after barefoot strides (?). no longer racing the 5k at BU (meet cancelled due to a dusting of snow), so plan will be to run something shorter/faster at Keogh next week in prep for conferences in 2 weeks. though that sucks, conferences still takes precedence so hopefully I can focus these next two weeks on doing whatever it takes to have a break-out race there to scrounge a point or two.
