Felt Great

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 40 and clear

Ran after getting back from work. Late day so I didnt get out the door till about 9.

Felt good and I can feel myself improving each run. Sore the next day especially in the calves.

Need to work on getting better with my diet and getting some more sleep. But overall happy with my progress so far.
