Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
felt pretty bad first three miles. sharp pain in arch/heel of left foot. left legs hurts overall (shin and foot mostly. small ankles and knee pains which arent much)
after 3 miles i felt really good. then the cooldown mile was very tiring for some reason. just dead.
felt really good. once i got back i just felt exhausted.
