Comments:
i was feeling extremely shitty. very sick since tuesday. i probably felt the worse today. my body was achy and i was really cold and couldnt warm up. being soaked didnt help my body. i was pretty happy with my workout because i didnt hit my times once, BUT i wasnt more than 4 seconds over what i was supposed to hit. which was suprising. i was expecting to have an awful workout and have to explain to the coaches why i was being a bitch. i am woorking on getting a lot of sleep and hydrating a lot because i need to get over this sickness so i can get back on track.
