felt alright. i was a little bit tired felt kind of sluggish. it was actually kind of warm. well for running.
usual speed development. i feel like my 50's weren't as fast as they should have been til the last one. felt very fast in my 30's. the one 150's felt pretty good. first one felt bad but after that i got into it. we had an unexpected all out in the middle of our last 150. i felt crazy fast i went as hard as i could. my kneecap hurt a little after. but it felt awesome going that fast.
2 mile cooldown with david afterwards. i felt so tired on the cooldown. it was alright tho
