Comments:
Got 7th in the 3k at Bucknell in 8:45. Split 4:39 at the 1600 and ran pretty even the whole way. I'm happy with the result. I had no kick and got dropped hard in the last 600, but I ran a solid time considering the training I've been doing. This is actually a 2 second pr, but it was an extremely weak pr so it's not really a big deal.
