Comments:
Did the mid-distance workout at 1:45. 400 - 66, 300's were @ 47, 48, 48, 49. Didn't do the 200 bc ran out of time before distance practice at 3! Ran Falwell w/ Jacy and Kaitlyn while other girls did their 6-10x2 minutes. Sooo nice running in the great weather and gravel rd.
