Comments:
The workout today was a lot like our primary workouts from spring track last year. Basically, 10x400 with 1 minute recovery at race pace. This time, started with one at 76, just to get the pace right. After that, every single interval was either exactly 75, 74, or 73 for the last rep. This was an amazingly consistent workout. If anything, this was better than the equivalent workouts from high school, since this was all as one set, and with a lot shorter rest.

Overall, very satisfying workout, and I can't wait for the chance to race again. Which won't be for a while. Followed up with an ice bath, and the day 2 lift will be tomorrow.
