Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
i mile warmup. half mile race. 1.25 for cooldown and warmup that followed both 5 min. 1 mile race. .75 cooldown (6 min). no warmup for 400m. we screwed up and didnt get a chance too. .25=400. and the last mile is my cooldown.
i felt physically good. but a little nervous. i got a little bit mentally weak in my 800m race like the 3rd and 4th lap. just zoned out.
my mile i got stcuk in the back for like 2 laps and i in those two laps it was really bunched so i had to get out run in lane 3 and surge up into a better place. tried to push alot but my legs felt dead. then the 400 i went out to slow i just didnt feel it once i started. finished kind of strong but i feeel i could of ran a bit harder. decent day.
