felt pretty good before the race except my right knee was feeling a little tight. didnt feel like i raced very welll because the first half mile was really slow. I noticed that th pace didnt seem right and all but i didnt wanna take the lead in the second lap and hold it the whole race. i ran for place and not time. I need to transition out of that. i did well that last half mile. last two laps started to hurt but not as bad as it wouldve if i hadnt gone slow the first mile. got out kicked in the end but aparently that guy only went 9 laps. but that doesnt really matter. didnt hit what i wanted. next meed ill know what i need to do and get it done.
