Exercise Type: Run

Knee still bothering me, same old same old.

Think I figured it out though. We will see. Seems to be left IT band is super tight, feels like a pencil running down the side of my quad. Working on stretching, icing, new shoes, exercises and ibuprofen.

Probably taking monday off, but we will see.
