Comments:
My first time out. I stopped twice. I ran down to the SW bike path and to the first stop. I did a loop around Westmorland park afterwards. I was shocked that I wasn't dying when I stepped out the door. After a mile, I felt winded so I stopped I went another .5 mile and then stopped for about 30 seconds to get a hold of things and then head back. I was feeling pretty good on the way back so I did an extra lap around w. park and "strided" up the hill. Overal, I guess I did about 10 min miles?
