wasnt feeling too good overall today. idk just didnt feel it physically and it was pretty cold and windy so mentally i was just lik fuck.
4x400 at 78-79 4x400 73
was basically a tad nit to fast for all off them by one or two seconds.than 2 hard 100 m.
cooldown i was cramping badly my calf muscles were contracting on each step at some point it just cramped and i had to stop for a bit. seriously such a terrrible pain.
