Comments:
Felt fine on the 300s. It wasn't an easy nor hard workout. Picked up the pace on most them by at least 1-2 seconds. On the last one hit a 49.17. The 100s felt fine. I noticed my legs don't get heavy or tired its just my breathing that slows me down.
