Phew, it's been awhile since this meet. I was feeling tight so I accidentally took the 8 out slow (around 31-32), then got outkicked by Joe Vogel at the end to finish with 2:05.high. Disappointing but I learned a lesson in pacing. The 4x2 was also disappointing since we lost to York and Wells. My leg was 24.high.
