was feeling normal today. didnt have a lot to eat duringlunch because i had to go up to the sixth floor for some physics stuff. had a pretty busy day so once my water bottle was empty i didnt fill it up till 8th period because of the short passing period. not too happy with the threshold part of the workout but at least we had one really good mile threshold split.

had a good all out mile. felt like i might have had a better time depending on who i was running with. i led the whole mile and was the one doing all the work pacing. once we took the turn for the straight away before the last turned and 100m i started to kicked and put distance in between the rest of the guys. felt pretty good with my time, just wish i had hit lower 5:30's.
