Big South Championships Day 1

I didn't race until 6:35pm at night so I wanted to make sure I was warmed up and loose.

Overall it felt really easy. I didn't take the lead until about 390 meters to go (hence the faster laps) but I felt like the first 800m was really easy and pretty slow. It was a good split and race, we ended up getting third. I handed off in first and then we got beat on the mile leg. 1 Mile tomorrow.
