Comments:
Did a 12 min warmup 1.5 miles. And did the warm up work anf 400'm strides. Felt pretty crapppy. Had a lot of pains in my legs from my knee down. Ended up having a good workout. 800m splits: (goal 2:52-53)

Then did the 2x150m. So that was good. It wasnt timed so I don't know if I did well or anything.
