feel terrible my legs are dead from last saturday. i dont htink i stretched well enough and i seriously cant walk without my thigh muscles contracting. hurt badly. then during the workout my shins hurt soo badly it was 6 800's. at 240-41. i think i was mostly at 242 some 41's. also im sick and it just hurt to breath my lungs and throat were on fire. not a good day at all. just muscles and shin pain plus sickness not a good combo. i wanted to stop after like the second one cause of my shins but i finished but it just sucked alot. did 2x150 after. plus a cooldown. i just put those together and called it two. probs a bit more than two but wateves. its fine.
