Comments:
For the first time in ages, I did nothing at practice but the warmup lap and stretched. There was a slight improvement from those few painful steps yesterday, but not much. Morale is wavering. I spoke to Veronica and she confirmed that my I.T. band was indeed the problem, recommending a frightening solution that involved a lot of cross training.
