Calf felt too good, so I pushed it too hard! Started with all the core and stretching I could stand, the got on the treadmill. Right calf started to hurt at 2.7, but it wasn't a sharp, instant pain like before. This time it came on gradually, but now after the fact, it hurts the same as the other times.
