Comments:
Ate some pasta and half a tky skinny sandwich from potbelly. Felt pretty decent hydrated really well. Took a nap before the race it helped me relax. For the mile I took it out too conservative. Never ran at uhigh before. Started to pick it up the last 400. Next time I'm breaking 5. 4x4 felt pretty fast.
