Ran with the group again. This week this guy busted way out in front at about 6:00 pace then totally died. What's the point of that?

I ended up running a bit quicker than I intended just because I was with a couple other guys, but it was fun. Chatted with this old guy who has run 29:low for 10k and a 2:21 marathon. He had some good advice for marathon racing, a distance he claimed to totally suck at.
