Exercise Type: Run

Leg was feeling ok so decided to go for a shorter workout today. Used the first mile to ease in and then dropped the pace for the last 4. Felt slightly faster than steady state but slower than tempo pace. The last 4 miles averaged out to about 6:10 pace. I was overall pleased with this run because I felt pretty comfortable and only felt slight effects from the 12 pieces of Canes chicken at lunch.
